What it does

  • Uniform patties. Creates consistent burger shapes that cook evenly without falling apart on the grill.
  • Multiple sizes. Adjustable markings on the handle let you form quarter-pound, third-pound, half-pound, or three-quarter-pound patties.
  • Spring release. A spring plunger button compacts the meat and then pops the patty up for easy removal.
  • Nonstick surface. The press has a nonstick coating that prevents patties from sticking and tearing during removal.
  • Versatile use. Works with ground beef, turkey, sausage, seafood mixtures, or plant-based alternatives.
  • Easy cleanup. The nonstick surface wipes clean without soaking or scrubbing.
  • Stuffed burgers. The design allows you to make filled patties if desired.

Good to know before you buy

  • Single-patty press. Makes one burger at a time rather than multiple patties simultaneously.
  • No meat included. You supply the ground meat or alternative mixture.
  • Manual operation. Requires hand pressing and spring release; no electric motor or power needed.

Who it suits

This press works well for home cooks who grill burgers regularly and want consistent results without hand-shaping. It's useful if you make different meat varieties or experiment with stuffed burgers. It's probably not necessary if you prefer hand-formed patties, only grill occasionally, or need to form large batches quickly.
